  What's With Huh?

Maybe it's the way she drops her R's
They find irresistible. [Ed Note: Pronounced Ahhhhhs.]
A need to rescue the sounds like a handkerchief in flight.
Or maybe it's the way she pauses
Before exhaling. A need to fill the void.
Sure makes 'em wish they were that cigarette.
She does not appreciate the longing she invites, the frenzy she incites.
[This is the part where she turns introspective.] I was never young enough
To enjoy youth
, she says, But maybe I'm old enough now.
This much I know: dip me in chocolate
And I'd still not approach her craving.
